Joan M. Drag 85 of Peru. Died 12:52 AM November 22, 2014 in IVCH. Services will be 10:30 AM Wednesday in the Ptak Funeral Home with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM at St Valentine Church. Msgr. J. Brian Rejsek will officiate. Burial will be in St Valentine Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 9:00 – 10:30 AM in the Ptak funeral Home. Joan was born March 14, 1929 in La Salle to Stanley and Helen Kasza. She married Peter Drag July 13, 1957 at St Joseph Church in La Salle. She worked at Westclox, EUC in La Salle and then retired from IVCH in Housekeeping Department. She was a member of St Valentine Church. Joan is survived by 1 son Jeffrey Drag of La Salle and 1 daughter Linda (John) Spanraft of Spring Valley. 1 Grandchild Nathanial. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1996, 1 Brother and 1 sister.
