Ryan L. Staats 42 of Chambersburg, PA., formerly of Spring Valley. Passed away April 19, 2018, in his home. Following a lengthy illness. Funeral services will be 7:00 PM Wednesday in the Ptak Funeral home. The Rev Jacob Rose will officiate. Burial will be private. Visitation will be Wednesday at the funeral home from 5:00-7:00 PM. Ryan was born March 13, 1976, in La Salle to Don and Marcia (Damm) Staats. Ryan worked as a delivery driver for restaurants. He was a graduate of Hall High School. Ryan enjoyed spending time with his sons. He loved listening to music and was an avid Chicago White Sox and LA Lakers fan. Ryan is survived by his Father Don Staats of Oglesby. 2 sons Ian and Everett. 3 brothers Matt(Desiree) Staats of Spring Valley, John (Crystal) Staats of Chambersburg, PA. and Luke (Mary) Staats of Peru. 3 nephews Jacob, Garett and Connor Staats Ryan was preceded in death by his mother Marcia in 2013 and his grandparents.
