Joseph Czarny

Joseph Czarny 80 of Peru. Died peacefully September 2, 2018, in Heritage Healthcare Peru. Christian Graveside services will at a later date in St Valentine Cemetery. Cremation rites have been accorded. Ptak Funeral Home is handling the arrangements. Joseph was born April 28, 1938, in La Salle to Joseph and Helen (Bilicki) Czarny. Joseph attended La Salle-Peru Township High School. He worked at Westclox, National Sheet Metal in Peru and then worked at Cassiday’s in Spring Valley up till his retirement. Joe was an avid Chicago Bears and Bulls fan. Joseph is survived by his sister Arlene Jaskolski of Peru. He was preceded in death by his parents and 1 sister in infancy.
