June E. Ratajczak 81 of Peru. Died May 16, 2019, in Aperion Care of Spring Valley. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 AM Saturday, June 15, 2019, in St Valentine Church. Monsignor Richard Soseman will officiate. Cremation rites have been accorded. Burial will be in St Valentine Cemetery. Ptak Funeral Home has been entrusted with the services. June was born June 20, 1937, in Peru to Casimir and Elizabeth (Ewing) Kowalczyk. She married Raymond E. Ratajczak July 7, 1956, in St Valentine Church. She worked for the City of Peru and later worked at Osco Drug in Peru for many years. She was a member of St Valentine Church. June is survived by her daughters Susan (Johnny) Chronister of Spring Valley and Cathy (Peter) Wojcik of Orland Hills, IL. Her son Gregory (Diane) Ratajczak of Joliet. Her 7 Grandchildren and 6 Great Grandchildren. June is also survived by her 2 sisters Mary Ann McPhredran of Spring Valley and Helen Jean Wadas of Roanoke and her brother John (Carmen) Kowalczyk of Spring Valley. June was preceded in death by her husband in 2001 and her sister Cheryl Moncrief
