Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 AM Friday in St Valentine Church. Rev Gregory Jarzombek OSB will officiate. Burial will be in Peru City Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday in the church from 10:00 till time of services. Ptak Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements. Mildred was born November 11, 1930 in Arlington, IL to Paul and Frances (Tones) Kessel. She married Anton “Tony” Kieras June 19, 1948 at St Benedict Church in Ladd. She was a member of St Valentine Church. Mildred is survived by 1 sister Margery Sibigtroth of Ohio, IL. 3 Brothers Robert (Margery) Kessel of Peru, Ronald (Pat) Kessel of Hawaii and Paul Kessel of Oglesby. Several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband in 2004, 4 Sisters and 2 Brothers.
