Barbara J. Bogatitus, 85 of Peru. Passed away July 21, 2026, in OSF St Anthony Medical Center Rockford.
Private Graveside services were held at St Valentine Cemetery. Cremation rites have been accorded. Ptak Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
Barbara was born March 27, 1941, in Chicago, IL to Charles and Mary (Czarny) Bogatitus.
She worked in administration with Western and Southern Insurance. Barbara was a devoted member of St Valentine Church.
Barbara was a beloved Aunt to her nieces and nephews.
Barbara was preceded in death by her parents and her sister Patricia Dougherty.
