Rick L. Peterson

Rick L. Peterson 67 of La Salle. Passed away November 11, 2022, in St Francis Medical Center Peoria. 

Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 AM Thursday November 17, 2022, at St Valentine Church.  Burial will be in St Valentine Cemetery. 

Visitation will be on Thursday from 10:00- 10:50 AM in the church. Ptak Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements. 

Rick was born May 14, 1955, in Peru to Lyle and Charlotte (Kinczewski) Peterson. 

He worked for Silver Leaf Resorts for many years. Rick was a volunteer Firemen for the Peru Fire Department. He was a member of St Valentine Church. 

Rick is survived by his sister Lynette Craven of Aurora. His niece Lauren Craven and his nephews Patrick Craven and Michael Craven, many cousins and his Aunt Mary Kinczewski of Dekalb. 

Rick was preceded in death by his parents, his Stepfather Arthur Pakula and his brother-in-law Larry Craven and aunts and Uncles.
