Rick F. Sesto

Rick Sesto 70, of La Salle. Passed away June 18, 2025, in OSF St Anthony Medical Center Rockford, after having a stroke and battling cancer,

Rick was born on June 24, 1954, and married Tam (Dial) Sesto on November 17, 1982.

Services will be private at Ptak Funeral Home Peru. Cremation rites will follow the services.

Rick graduated from Ottawa High school in 1973. He was retired from Pilkington in Ottawa and loving his retirement, watching the Minnesota Vikings, Chicago White Sox, Boston Bruins and New York Knicks.

Rick is survived his wife of 42 years, his nieces Crystal (Greg) Boyer of Wisconsin and April (Mark) McGraw of Iowa and his nephew Louie (Bridgett) Castro of Ottawa. Great Nieces, Hannah and Kami Castro and Evie Cullifer. Great nephews Slade Cullifer and Blane Castro and on one Great -Great niece, Norah Blakley.

Rick was preceded in death by his beloved Grandparents, Chick and Anita Sesto.
