Stacy l. Leffelman 45 of La Salle. Passed away January 14, 2026.

Memorial Visitation will be Monday January 19, 2026, from 5-7 PM in the Ptak Funeral Home. Cremation rites have been accorded. Ptak Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.

Stacy was born September 8, 1980, in Peru to Paul Leffelman and Susan Sharpe. Stacy loved her daughter and Granddaughter, nieces and nephews with all her heart. Stacy was an avid Bears fan.

Stacy is survived by her parents Paul Leffelman of Peru and Susan Swingle of La Salle. Her daughter Cailee (Kemo) Flick of Ottawa. 1 Granddaughter Noelani. 2 Brothers Paul M. Leffelman of La Salle and Jacob Leffelman of La Salle.
